After adding a new or updating a Checklist Item, it will be automatically used for future "Add Checklist" instances.
You can also manually create tasks for the new item - or update open tasks.
Creating new Tasks
After creating the new Checklist Item, click on the "Tasks" action button:
All open Instances (Checklist Instances with open Tasks) are displayed.
You can select particular record Instances, or create a new Task for all open Instances.
Updating Tasks
After updating a Checklist Item (e.g. update comment or any other change), click on the "Tasks" action button:
All open Tasks for that Checklist Item are displayed.
You can select particular Tasks or update all open Tasks.
